Don't hire a creative copywriter Unless you want or need someone who's first and foremost a wordsmith. Not to act also as an administrator, manager, or any other unrelated task management.

Unless you give him the freedom to use whatever tools he needs or want to get the job done.

Unless you need someone to focus the majority of his time...well, on copywriting.

Unless you're willing to accept mistakes. Mistakes are part of the creative process, and if you can't accept it, don't hire a copywriter (or designer, for that matter).
